【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62056specifiesthetransportlayersforCOSEMcommunicationprofilesforuseonIPv4networks.Thesecommunicationprofilescontainaconnection-lessandaconnection-orientedtransportlayer,providingOSI-styleservicestotheserviceuserCOSEMapplicationlayer.Theconnection-lesstransportlayerisbasedontheInternetstandardTransmissionControlProtocol.AlthoughthemajorpartoftheCOSEMtransportlayersistheUDPandTCPastheyarespecifiedintherelevantInternetstandards,theyincludeanadditionalsub-layer,calledwrapper.AnnexAshowshowtheOSI-styletransportlayerservicescanbeconvertedtoandfromUDPandTCPfunctioncalls.
