【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricfloortreatmentandwetscrubbingmachinesintendedforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.NOTE101Examplesoffloortreatmentmachinesare-floorbuffers;-floorpolishers;-floorwaxers.NOTE102Examplesofwetscrubbingmachinesare-floorscrubbers;-rugshampooers;-upholsteryshampooers.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutthatneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE103Examplesofsuchappliancesareappliancesintendedtobeusedinhotels,offices,schools,hospitalsandsimilarpremises.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose~physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or~lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE104Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE105Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-vacuumcleanersandwatersuctioncleaningappliances(IEC60335-2-2);-appliancesintendedforindustrialpurposes;-appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapour,orgas);-floorsandingmachines.
