【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtoobtaintheresinflowofcarbonfiber-epoxyprepregtapeorsheetmaterial.Itissuitableforcomparinglotsofmaterialofsupposedlythesamecharacteristicsandalsoforcomparativeevaluationofmaterialsproducedbydifferentvendorsusingdifferentresin-fibercombinations.Compositepartsarelaminatedfromprepregmaterialatvariouspressuresandtemperatures.Productionprocessdesignwillrequireaflowtestberunatatemperatureandapressureclosetothatoftheactualmoldingconditions.Allmethodsofmeasuringresinflowaredependentonthesizeandgeometryofthespecimen.Thistestmethodusesthesmallestquantityoftapethatwillgivereproducibleresults.Thepercentresinflowofasinglefiberandresinsystematatemperatureandpressurevarieswiththevolatilecontent,degreeofadvancementofepoxyresin,andwiththeresincontentoftheprepregtapeorsheet.Asvolatilecontentanddegreeofresincure(advancement)changewithtime,thistestmethodisusefulincomparingthelifeofprepregtapeandsheet.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheamountofresinflowthatwilltakeplacefromprepregtapeorsheetundergivenconditionsoftemperatureandpressure.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforreferenceonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
