【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddealswithelectromagneticfieldsupto300GHzanddefinesmethodsforevaluatingtheelectricfieldstrengthandmagneticfluxdensityaroundhouseholdandsimilarelectricalappliances,includingtheconditionsduringtestingaswellasmeasuringdistancesandpositions.Appliancesmayincorporatemotors,heatingelementsortheircombination,maycontainelectricorelectroniccircuitry,andmaybepoweredbythemains,bybatteries,orbyanyotherelectricalpowersource.Appliancesincludesuchequipmentashouseholdelectricalappliances,electrictoolsandelectrictoys.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeapproachedbythepublic,ormaybeusedbylaymen,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:-apparatusdesignedexclusivelyforheavyindustrialpurposes;-apparatusintendedtobepartofthefixedelectricalinstallationofbuildings(suchasfuses,circuitbreakers,cablesandswitches);-radioandtelevisionreceivers,audioandvideoequipment,andelectronicmusicinstruments;-medicalelectricalappliances;-personalcomputersandsimilarequipment;-radiotransmitters;-apparatusdesignedtobeusedexclusivelyinvehicles;Thefieldsofmultifunctionequipmentwhichissubjectedsimultaneouslytodifferentclausesofthisstandardand/orotherstandardsshallbeassessedusingtheprovisionsofeachclause/standardfortherelevantfunctionsinoperation.Abnormaloperationoftheappliancesisnottakenintoconsideration.Thisstandardincludesspecificelementstoassesshumanexposure:-definitionofsensor;-definitionofmeasuringmethods;-definitionofoperatingmodeforapplianceundertest;-definitionofmeasuringdistanceandposition.Themeasurementmethodsspecifiedarevalidfrom10Hzto400kHz.Inthefrequencyrangeabove400kHzandbelow10HzappliancesinthescopeofthisstandardaredeemedtocomplywithouttestingunlessotherwisespecifiedinIEC60335series.

【摘要】:Thethicknessofacoatingisoftencriticaltoitsperformance.Formostnonferrouscoatingsonsteel,themagneticmethodisreliableformeasuringcoatingthicknessnondestructivelyandissuitableforspecificationacceptancetestingandSPC/SQCapplications.Thistestmethodshouldnotbeusedtodeterminethethicknessofelectrodepositednickelcoatingsonsteel.TestMethodB530issuitableforthatdetermination.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheuseofmagneticinstrumentsforthenondestructivemeasurementofthethicknessofnonmagneticcoatingsoverferrousorothermagneticbasemetals.Itisintendedtosupplementmanufacturersx2019;instructionsfortheoperationoftheinstrumentsandisnotintendedtoreplacethem.Note18212;Autocatalyticallydepositednickel-phosphorusalloyscontainingmorethan8%phosphorusaresufficientlynonmagnetictobemeasuredbythistestmethod,aslongasthemeasurementismadepriortoanyheattreatment.1.2Theseinstrumentsmeasureeitherthemagneticattractionbetweenamagnetandthebasismetal,asinfluencedbythepresenceofthecoating(categorizedasx201C;magneticpull-offx201D;),orthechangeinmagnetic-fluxdensitywithintheprobe(categorizedasx201C;electronicx201D;).Theseinstrumentscannotdistinguishthethicknessofindividuallayers.Theycanonlymeasurethecumulativethicknessofalllayersbeneaththeprobedowntothebasemetal.1.3MeasurementsmadeinaccordancewiththistestmethodwillbeincompliancewiththerequirementsofISOInternationalStandard2178asprintedin1982.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
