【摘要】:1.1Thisclassificationsystemcoversunfilled,filled,andreinforcedpolyetherimidematerialssuitableforinjectionmoldingandextrusion.1.2Thisclassificationsystemisnotintendedfortheselectionofmaterials,butonlyasameanstocalloutplasticmaterialstobeusedforthemanufactureofparts.Theselectionofthesematerialsistobemadebypersonnelwithexpertiseintheplasticsfieldwheretheenvironment,inherentpropertiesofthematerials,performanceoftheparts,partdesign,manufacturingprocess,andeconomicsareconsidered.1.3Thepropertiesincludedinthisclassificationsystemarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionscovered.Theremaybeotherrequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecificapplications.ThesemaybespecifiedbyusingsuffixesasdescribedinSection5.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.5Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section12,ofthisclassificationsystem:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninNote4.

【摘要】:Thisstandardisapplicabletoalltypesofcompressors.Thestandardliststhesignificanthazardsassociatedwithcompressorsandspecifiessafetyrequirementsapplicabletothedesign,installation,operation,maintenanceanddismantlingofcompressorsduringtheirforeseeablelifetimeandsubsequentdisposal.Compressorsintendedforuseinspecialapplicationsshallalsocomplywithanyspecificstandardsrelatingtothoseapplications.Thisstandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsforallcompressorsandadditionalrequirementsforthefollowingspecifictypes:Compressorsforvarioustypesofgases-oil-lubricatedaircompressors;-oil-floodedaircompressors;-oil-freeaircompressors;-compressorsforhandlinghazardousgases(gascompressors);-compressorsforhandlingoxygen;-compressorsforhandlingacetylene.Compressorsforextremetemperaturesandpressures-highpressurecompressors,over40bar;-compressorsforlowinlettemperatures,below0℃.Othertypesofcompressors-largecompressors(over1000kWinputpower);-portableandskid-mountedaircompressors;-compressorsexposedforpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.Exceptions-Thefollowingcompressorsareexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandard:-compressorshavingashaftinputpoweroflessthan0,5kW;-compressorsforgasesotherthanacetylene,havingamaximumallowableworkingpressureoflessthan0,5bar;-refrigerantcompressorsusedinrefrigeratingsystemsorheatpumpsasdefinedinEN378.
