【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62257specifiesthegeneralrequirementsforerectionandoperationofPVarraysindecentralizedruralelectrificationsystems.ThistechnicalspecificationcontainsrequirementsforELVandLVPVarrays.Particularattentionmustbepaidtovoltagelevel,asthisisimportantforsafetyreasonsandhasaninfluenceonprotectivemeasuresandontheskillandabilitylevelofpeopleoperatingthesystems.Forthesakeofcompleteness,thistechnicalspecificationgivesrequirementsford.c.voltagesbelowandabove120V.Howeverforruralelectrificationprojectsitisstronglyrecommendedtochooseavoltageintherangeofextralowvoltage,takingintoaccounttheassumedskillsoftheoperators,installersandusers.Nevertheless,designersmustbeawarethatdecreasingthevoltagemeansincreasingthecurrentandthustransferringvoltagehazardstocurrentrisks(riskoffire,etc.).ThefollowingPVarrayconfigurationsareconsidered(seeFigure5toFigure7):a)singlestringofmodules;b)multi-stringPVarray;c)PVarraydividedintoseveralsub-arrays.Directcurrentsystems,andphotovoltaicsystemsinparticular,posevarioushazardsinadditiontothosederivedfromconventionala.c.powersystems,forexampletheabilitytoproduceandsustainelectricalarcswithcurrentsthatarenotmuchgreaterthannormaloperatingcurrents.Thistechnicalspecificationaddressesthosesafetyrequirementsarisingfromtheparticularcharacteristicsofphotovoltaicsystems.Theaimistoprovidesafetyandfireprotectionrequirementsfor:?uninformedpersons,includingowner(s)/occupier(s)andusersofthepremiseswherephotovoltaicarraysareinstalled;?informedworkers(e.g.electricians)workingonthesesystems;and?emergencyworkers(forexamplefirefighters).ForinstallationofPVarraysseeIEC60364-7-712.
